1. Introduction

Sandbox provides a platform that transforms user images into Brick Pixel Art through an automated system and sells custom brick kits based on the user's submitted configuration.

Using the website, the service, or placing an order means you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full.

2. Scope of service

Sandbox provides the following services:

• Automated conversion of images into Brick Pixel Art
• Calculation of color counts, quantities, and kit composition
• Preparation and sale of custom kits and related materials

You acknowledge that results may not match the source image exactly because of palette, size, and brick limitations.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to accept all requirements before uploading an image and to use the service under the following conditions:

Uploaded files must be JPG or PNG and no larger than 15MB.

• Use the service lawfully and in good faith
• Do not upload illegal, obscene, violent, hateful, or otherwise prohibited content
• Do not use the system to probe, evade, or violate any law
• Confirm that you have the right to use the image and the consent of people shown in it

Sandbox will not accept the following types of images:

• Logos, trademarks, or copyrighted works used without authorization
• Celebrity, public figure, or third-party images you do not have the right to use
• Content depicting violence, weapons, war, or clearly inappropriate behavior
• Content involving drugs, alcohol, gambling, or extremist political/religious messaging
• Nudity, sexually explicit, or harassing content
• Content that promotes hate toward any race, religion, or community

Sandbox may suspend or refuse service if we identify inappropriate use or prohibited image content.

4. Copyright and user responsibility

You represent that:

Any personal data or likeness included in the uploaded file is used only to create the product, and you have the consent of the person shown before uploading it.

• You own the copyright in the uploaded image, or
• You have been legally authorized to use it.

You accept sole responsibility for:

• Copyright infringement claims
• Trademark claims
• Right of publicity claims
• Any third-party damages or disputes

5. Order refusal and cancellation

Sandbox reserves the right to:

• Refuse or cancel orders that present legal or copyright risk
• Reject illegal or inappropriate images
• Cancel orders without providing a detailed reason

6. Pricing, payment, and taxes

• Listed prices are shown as stated and may exclude shipping where shown separately
• Payment is considered complete only after the system confirms it
• Sandbox may update pricing without prior notice, but paid orders are not affected

7. Custom products, cancellation, and refunds

Sandbox products are custom-made items produced from each user's image and submitted details.

Refund conditions:

• Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has started
• If an item is damaged, incomplete, or shipped incorrectly due to Sandbox error, contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can review and resolve it

8. Preparation and delivery

• Estimated preparation time: 1–3 business days
• Delivery time depends on the shipping provider
• Sandbox is not responsible for courier delays or force majeure events

9. Product variance

You acknowledge that:

• Actual brick colors may differ from what you see on screen
• Dimensions and details are generated automatically and may vary slightly

10. Sandbox intellectual property

The software, code, calculation system, algorithms, and site components are owned by Sandbox or its licensors.

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the system
• Use the service in a way that infringes Sandbox rights

11. Limitation of liability

Sandbox is not liable for:

• Indirect or commercial damages
• Loss of profit or unmet creative expectations

Sandbox's aggregate liability will not exceed the value of the order paid by the user.

12. Changes to the terms

Sandbox may revise these terms at any time and will publish the latest version on the website.

Continued use after a revision means you accept the updated terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by Thai law, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Thai courts.
